I wish I had a pic of before original surgery lapband where highest was 227 in 2009. I will find one . But for this part of my journey revision after band complications I was 188 and was starting to feel pain in my whole body. I know my pics are nowhere as dramatic as most. But I can tell my body hurts less. 25 to 30 pounds before I am no longer over weight according to charts .
First two are before
Rest after about month I am starting to feel my dorky self.

You have the right idea! I just decided to do something I enjoy like doing karaoke. I don’t drink really never have much so is all about talking to people and having fun singing lol. I am not trying to meet anyone per say so having fun talking does not bring pressure.

Ok I just posted but a weird thing happened I dropped three pounds over couple days so weird but I can finally see a tiny difference. You guys might not lol but so glad something is finally happening. Since I was a low BMI I was at a crawl past second month. Yes my stomach has loose skin and scars but it looks ok with cloths lol.
Size 2 Shirts small and medium depending  Starting weight 188 Cw 143 Goal 138 maybe reevaluate to 130?

Okay I think I got most of body in progress pic down to size 4 and some 6 depending,now trying to tone up. Sorry about bruising on legs I seem to be bruising a lot.

Well I did love mine the first six years then well it was a flipped port then things just got worse I was a size four and six and did well. Then at the ten year mark it got bad I could now longer keep food down it herniated my esophagus and eroded into my stomach. I have to sleep sitting up or I coughed up content of stomach. I went to ER they did tests and I had to have emergency surgery two days later. Because I was so small they didn’t want to revise and yes being without my band I was starving for first time in ten years I went from size for to six and eights so dr refused to do vsg until my stomach could heal I had to weight six months. I knew I needed a tool in my life. So I fought to lose the ten pounds I gained took the classes through insurance and had vsg 2/13 slightly over six months from my band removal. The band is great until it’s not. My doctor told me ten years seems to be the magic number for most he doesn’t see bands stay longer then that really and explained that Kiaser not longer will do them because of the issues.
