You can't drive after any major surgery. All surgeries have different time lines. 7 to 10 days sounds about right for this surgery.

Yes walk it out. Please try some warm peppermint tea. Its natural for gas. Lay on your left side, the best position to relieve gas, with a warm heating pad.

I actually did call my surgeons cell phone, Haha and told him his coordinator moved me back just so he keeps me in mind. Their schedules change. If he cant get me in August 14th will have to do. I wish patience was my thing but its sooooo NOT. LOL

I am ok, My surgery was pushed back to August 14th. Really Bummed. Its at a Military hospital so that could change back to sooner. I was ready to get on with it. I am in Georgia near Savannah. This weather is so HOT and steamy. The mosquitos run in gangs here, lol

Dont worry about that right now. When the time comes and you wont to tell him then do but its truly is your decision to take control of your health and happiness. Dont let anyone steal your JOY. No matter how the might react to your decision. He can only have 2 reactions and just make sure your good with both that way you keep your joy.

Thats acid reflux. Makes you cough and can wake up choking. You need some good acud reducer meds just to start with. You can aspirate it too. Start there before u get a ulcer

That stuff works well. A few ppl needed it alittle after surgery too . To wake up the bowels

I don't know how many calories you eat but if u work out that much i would bet u need to increase the calories bout 200. U are burning alot and need fuel for the body to live

I am now August 14th. My surgery just got moved back from July . SURGEON had a conflict. I have already have some Protein. Need to get a little more. Hope we can all get through it together.

Just got a call and my surgery is pushed back from July 24th until August 14th. Ugh. Bummer

My surgeon is a LT. COLONEL in the military and has training right after the original surgery date and he needs to be able to see me while I would be in hospital. Frustrating. So guesss I will be a August sleever. Haha

I also will not have pre op diet. Surgeon has his own way and didnt want me nutritional depleted. They all have their on way.

Congratulations, sounds like your doing great. I also will have hiatal hernia repair. Little scared of pain and swelling.

Is your surgery scheduled yet? There is usually plenty of time. At least a few weeks or more. Call your insurance and see if its beens submitted and how long that process is before you start over worrying.

Congratulations to both of yohu, misspriss81 and Lioness815. Exciting. My surgeon was booked until july 24th. He does other surgeries besides wls.

I am not a dr but yes dehydration can make you dizzy. Try getting some electrolytes in Gatorade G2 or hydration tablets to put in your drinks. Low on that can cause low BP. If it continues call your Dr. Take care hun
