    Chips

I get Kays protein chips on Amazon. They taste good and have 12g of protein per bag. I like the parmesan flavor and I eat them with laughing cow cheese. Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

Anyone have HSA blue cross blue shield?

I have BCBS of MA and I have a HSA as well. I had a 3000$ deductible. I had to meet that deductible for the surgery to be covered. Thankfully my 2 office visits, Endoscopy, and 2 ER visits took care of my deductible and my surgery was covered 100% Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Reasonable expectation of weight loss

Gender plays a big role too. I have seen men lose much faster than women. I am 11 weeks out and down 57 lbs. I am hoping that I get to 70 lbs down by my 3 month surgery date.

    UTI

I hardly ever got UTI's, but since I had surgery 11/21/2017 I have had 2 kidney stones that caused UTI's. I was told the kidney stones are from the increased protein we eat. I know it's not a lack of hydration for me. I consume about 100 oz of fluids a day.
