Yep all of January was up and down but February has been kinder. Adding more water back in to my daily routine 80-100 ounces and 10 min of cardio every day and keeping my fat to about 20-30 grams. Today it’s helping try not to look back but focus on today. :)

I finally hit the 180’s yes. So I’ve up my exercises to include the bicycle and it’s my cardio as well. What is everyone doing to move their bodies? Calories are at 880 but I try to leave about 100-150 on the table. So how is everyone doing ??
  8. Thank you for your post I’m 5 months out now and had forgotten how hard the first month post op is. And 95% of it was my brain fighting me. It dies get better but this is the most important time for your new positive brain to I get in sync with your new body. The body actually does pretty darn well it our brains that’s messing with you. We have to find new things to comfort us not food or booze but distraction to help reset our thoughts about ourselves. You made a choice for a better life. Keep fighting the good fight. In 5 month maybe you will share with us where you are today. Healthy. 🙋‍♀️

It’s all good but 3 days later had 6 SF popsicles and 1/2 cup of my husband peanut butter blast ice cream. So good and the next morning so mad at myself. I went up and down 5-7 pounds for the last 3 weeks. But thanks to the Bypass Gods today I weighed in at 199. I have found Onederland. And it’s so beautiful here don’t want to ever leave it. Holiday Party Tact

I also let people know when they question my amount of food. That I made a New Years Resolution and am proud to say that I’ve been successful in keeping my resolve this year and have promised my self to keep going. Then I ask them how are they doing with their New Years Resolution? Usually they stop questioning me at that point and I encourage them to keep trying with their resolve.
