False. Smoking cigarettes is 1000000x worse. I don't even smoke pot (besides once in Amsterdam) & I'd do it over cigarettes any day.

Anyone smoke again within days after surgery?

2 months post op before and after pics SW 279 Cw 237 it’s been a rough 2 months still trying to get in 64 Fluid ounces a day and 90 grams of Protein but hopefully I’ll start to feel a lot better soon it’s definitely been a journey

I am 12 days out and I had the same feelings and issues with Water. I took one day to measure out exactly what I was supposed to drink and kept at it. I set the timer for 5 minutes and I would take a sip. It was amazing what this one day did for me. It was like a turning point. The data I read said 39% of patients return to the hospital for dehydration. I wasn't going to be one of those people!!

Thank for responding, I'm trying to hang in there....I guess if I could just drink more water....is it easier with a straw? I see that's what alot of ppl ere use...is it for the pressure?

I think I did pretty good everyone my first post op appt went great... I was 258.2 when I got on the table and I’m 239.3 today my goal weight is 150....

On my program, we did clear fluids for 24 hours. If we tolerated them well, we progressed to Protein Shakes the next day. I had no problems.

Took me like 3 months to sleep on my stomach. Though I had my gallbladder out, hiatal hernia and VGS.

I was sleeved on the 30th so I’m hoping I can by the weekend...

I was sleeved a week ago today and feel really good the first few days liquid was hard but I got down a lot the last few days... I really only had gas pains and they are gone now... Good luck

I had my sleeve done on 1/17... At this point I am not in pain, I never had too much pain... I try hard, but I don't get all of my fluids in
