I can't believe you think stretching you're stomach back out would be an option! We have come to far to even consider that! You go through so much **** before actually having the surgery that if you even have the slightest doubts you probably should not waste everyone's time and money. It's a lifestyle change NOT AN EASY FIX! Not only that who said any surgery was going to be a piece of cake....of course it's hard! If it weren't everyone would have it!

I can't believe you think stretching you're stomach back out would be an option! We have come to far to even consider that! You go through so much **** before actually having the surgery that if you even have the slightest doubts you probably should not waste everyone's time and money. It's normal, I remember having second thoughts when I was in the OR and they were fixin to put the gas mask on me to put me to sleep. I'm 4 weeks out and this is the best decision I've made! You got this!!!

yea nothin like looking at that 4th bite of food and going - ah never mind- then putting it down and just staring at that tiny plate with that tiny bit of food on it and not finishing it.
thats what really brought it home to me.

My surgeon's office recommended it and I downloaded it right away. I felt like it was a little invasive and prefer My Fitness Pal for logging what I eat and my weight loss progress. Besides, My Fitness Pal is compatible with my Garmin fitness tracker.

I craved pickles so bad after I was sleeved. You can have it, just high in sodium so do so in moderation. It helped with my reflux. I still eat pickles almost every day and I’m 6 months post-op

Funny how we stress over things...im having my surgery on tuesday and I'm not stressing over anything that I don't have or things that I need or even the things that could go wrong... I'm stressing over the IV! I can't stand needles and this is my biggest worry lol[emoji39]
