  1. I am trying to find out what the target should be. I do personal group training 4-5 days a week which is a combo of core,cardio, and strength training. I was told before to try and stay under 65 grams of carbs and only 1000-1200 calories a day. This seems low with the high intensity of the workouts. Thank you in advance for any input.
