Ugh...81lbs down; 40K to 34I...ugh. Still TOO BIG!!! Feels like they've gotten bigger to me. Been researching reductions/lifts.

I tried fruit drinks and I have aversion to them too. I did try some soft food early (supposed to still be in puree) and I'm doing ok there

Pamprin and a few other off brands ice acetaminophen (aka tylenol) as their main pain medication! I've been using generic pamprin and it's awesome

I have and it's caused me to try all sorts of things like eggplant lasagna. Turns out I don't like eggplant lol.
Next up: pizza with cauliflower crust

I tried some diet cranberry juice or flavored juices with a lot of ice, blended and turn it into slushy form for something a little different

I feel ya! I like the Kool Aid punch and the Safeway brand pineapple ok...I just keep trying all the brands to keep from getting sick of one kind.

I have...its not great I've been trying different sugar free flavor drops for Water and sugar free tea. I have to have flavor variety!

Thank you for getting it. Like I said. I have been bullied my entire life about my weight. I won't let anybody be harassed the same way I was. Especially when we are here to help each other. I don't know her personally. I do know her music and I did see her on tv with Hillary Clinton. She is on FB and I found her there. Friended her and she is posting all about this on her page. You should see the people turning out.
I'm not star struck. She is just another person needing help and was attacked. That isn't cool.

It depends on what you're looking for. I joined a gym because they offer fun classes like glow aerobics. They also have child care which does fun stuff with the kids to keep them active. Best way to knock a 2 year old out

Hello, I am started at 360lbs when I decided to do wls. Since I've been seeing a dietitian a s i changed my eating I'm now 342lbs since December. Happy to have this group.

This morning I realized I need a new belt lol. I'm on the smallest hole now!
I never had a butt but now I don't have a rear and I'm losing the front. I try not to move too fast in my jeans because they have nothing to really hold on to

I was so depressed after and regretted everything. I had to get Iv fluids multiple times after. It might be too late and I might need a picc line.

But you know what? I'm a student and, for the first time in a long time, I fit in a desk. I rode a bike.

It's hard but focus on what you'll be able to do instead of what ifs and what you can't do.
