And here I am in geography class studying the ocean and wind patterns watching the systems change due to global warming. A lot of it is how pollution absorbs energy.
Scientists literally know how and why. That's why there is no debate.

Hi there! I had my 2 month follow up and my NUT told me that she knew someone that went vegan and it made their eczema flair ups to nothing! I'm considering it but...
I'm allergic to nuts (tree and peanuts.) In fact, my current flair up is because I was eating Protein bars not knowing they were full of nuts.
I'm going vegetarian anyway because meat doesn't sit right at the moment. I know Beans are like protein magic but you can only have so much. Also what about Probiotics? Is there a vegan version?

Understand she will be moody after.
Help her with chores around the house. I was still painful when I came home.
Try dieting with her. It's fun and cuts temptation

I give it up to anyone that can run barefoot. How far can you run in this type of shoe?
I was doing around 5 miles on pavement but this was years ago.

Just curious, why does one choose to run barefoot? I finished my first marathon near a woman who had run the race literally barefoot! I don’t understand. I like the cushiest shoes out there, LOL, and don’t even like the racing flat styles. But I’ve also run alongside one of those members of the tribe that runs ultras and he ran in his sandals.
Not judging, just wanting to know! Why barefoot?
Supposedly better form and such. It forces you to not strike with your heel, for example. While a shoe can soften the blow.
My favorite reason is easy cleaning lol.

Hey everyone.
Before I had my kiddo and gained a bunch, I started running barefoot (with Vibrams.) I have gotten back into running buuut can't afford new vibrams.
When I typed barefoot into Amazon, they came back with Water shoes. Has anyone run in these? Is it similar to a barefoot shoe? I know they won't last as long but I'm ok seeing as they're cheap.

I miss Pizza!
But in all seriousness...
Having to take Vitamins which can be expensive. I was a blood donor before surgery so I take bariatric specific vitamins with Iron in hopes to start up again. I used to only spend $15 a month on vitamins. Now it's double that.
I'm tired. I used to be up early and to bed late. Although this could be because I'm not getting any younger now that I think about it lol.
Gas sucks. I'm thinking the extra room in our natural stomach is for gas.
I took two pills plus a Vitamin daily before surgery. Now I take 5 pills and 4 vitamins a day. That takes a toll mentally. It's not forever, but hard now.

Depends on the surgery. Lap band and the new balloon are restrictive. Rny, sleeve, and DS are restrictive and malabsorbing.
Technically, none restrict calories. They restrict how much you can physically eat which reduces calories. Then some prevent absorption of some of those calories. So I could consume 1200 but I'm probably not getting all 1200.
IF you cut calories that low and manage to not binge after and took Vitamins, I guess technically you could have the same results. The problem is that it isn't practical. I've tried doing that and ended up binging every single time.
From my understanding, set points can move with sustained weight loss or gain. This is why some body builders have trouble gaining.

I have the opposite problem as everyone else. I have completely lost my boobs. An A cup is too big for me.
I went into the bathroom recently at a restaurant and told a lady her jeans were cute. They had cute sparkly stars on the back pocket.
She thanked me and said "can I tell you something?" I said "what?" She told me I needed a better bra because my boobs were sagging. All the bras that fit me in the cup have no material on the sides. they are made for teenagers. I end up wearing sports bras which don't give me the lift or the look that I want-to look like I have boobs!
Trade me please! Lol

Why can't I lose weight there! I'm still a stupid triple D!
With that said, I want to start running. Anyone have ideas for cheap bras or something to keep them from flying off into space while I jog?

I didn't have the chance really. My daughter went to the ER and then was admitted to the hospital. I did eat a lot of ice cream prior to which was nice because I don't enjoy it like I used to.
