My surgery is Feb. 19th and will be in Tijuana. My nurse practitioner went down with her mother last year and they let her observe the surgery. So I full confidence in being well taken care of. I do not have full confidence in how the outcome will be which is normal for any big surgery. My husband is going with me but I haven't told anyone else that I'm doing this. -

My surgery is on Feb. 19th in Mexico. I share the same feelings about being nervous and even sometimes talking myself out of this. I had started the Paleo diet just before Thanksgiving and have lost 12lbs. When I think that I don't need surgery, I just have to remember that I have been dieting on and off since 5th grade and I'm now 57! Time to take control!
