    My name is Simone and I started at 275 I'm down to 224 I will be just happy just to get under the 200 mark and more of course but progress has been slow for me too but I exercise everyday as for eating I watch my portions and now what I do is I don't sit after I eat I make sure I keep moving someday I hope to run the 5K also I don't know if I'll be able to do that one day but that is my dream now I can jog on a treadmill only 3 miles an hour for about 30 minutes but I'm working my way up congratulations and good luck to all of you Sent from my SM-N920P using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. You don't have to go too far to lose the weight is only a half way there you can start now all you have to do is do a little walking.   8. Congratulations I was November 27th I lost 42 lbs and I'm still trying to work at it. I went back to my liquid diet to stay on track. My New Year's resolution is I made my front room into a gym so I won't become too lazy and I'm going to try to work out at least 3 times a week watch what I eat this is a lifestyle not a diet.
