  1. Wow great video thank you for sharing.
  2. I would call your dr first thing in the morning to be safe.

    Aetna insurance

I had Aetna and i had to go through 6 months of weigh ins and it took about 3 weeks for approval.
  5. I have hit the dreaded three week stull. I️ have lost 20lbs so far and was sleeved on 10/24. I have stayed the same weight for 4 days. I know this is common but will the scale naturally start going down on its own or wil i need to add more protein and or exercise in order to make the scale move?
  6. Ok thank you so much for your words of advice!!!

    Scrambled Eggs

Thank you Shelbymoore but I have a poacher. I use to eat poached eggs every weekend prior to surgery. [emoji173]️
  14. I am eating salad 14 days post op and love it. It’s one of the few things I can digest easily!! And I’m a salad lover!!!
  15. I am 12 days post op and I have been nauseous for the past week non stop. Has anyone else experienced this or know what I can do to stop it? It's such a horrible feeling.
  16. I just wanted to share my excitement with all of you who are pre-op. I am down 17lbs in just 10 days after surgery (this does not include any weight loss prior to surgery because I didn't have a weight loss because I was not required to diet prior to surgery). YOU CAN DO THIS!!! All the pain and the hunger and the worry, it's ALL WORTH IT!!!!!!! Keep striving towards your goal, we can all get there and this surgery is the way to do that!!!!

    Constant Nausia

My mom gave me zofran tonight and I feel a million times better. I will definitely be calling my dr tomorrow to ask for a prescription.

    Lost of weight

    Congratulations!!!!![emoji323]
  19. Ugh night time was the worst for me. Thankfully we have recliners and I slept in it for two weeks. I just said to my husband today “what do people do who don’t have a recliner and have to sleep flat” because the pain was unbearable even with my meds the first week when I was lying flat. I was perceived Oxycodine. I started out taking 10ml then went to 5ml. I stopped taking pain meds about 9 days post op. Good luck.

    Scrambled Eggs

Yes I can have any egg cooked any way. Maybe I will try poached tomorrow and see how I do. I really love them so I will exhaust all my options before giving up on them [emoji87][emoji87]

    Hi, surgery soon.

    Welcome and good luck!!!!
  24. I am two weeks post op and although I feel a million times better than I did my first week I have this sharp pain under my right rib. Is this my stomach still healing? Has anyone else experienced this sharp pain?
  25. Today is one week since my surgery date and I am happy to report I am 10lbs down!!! I am beyond thrilled and although I know I won't be losing 10lbs every week it is a great start because it hasn't been easy and has been very painful but it all is definitely worth it!!!
