Anyone struggling with snacking ? I do great with meals but seem to snack and weight has stopped.

Just wanted to let you all know, you all are awesome people ! You all are so beautiful ! Keep up the good work and some day I might take a picture of myself it's not comfortable for me, I feel like I'm still in the old body even though I have reached a 91 pound loss to date. Again, all of you congrats on your weight loss journey !

I had the same stall just in the past few weeks. Just had knee replacement surgery a couple weeks ago so hoping to break through the stall . Still trying to stay under 1000 calories which is pretty easy to do still, but snacking is starting to creep in, which I need to stop immediately ! Weight loss 75 lbs. since 11/20/17
