  5. I love that idea of sprinkling into the food I'm eating I'll see about that thanks so much for the info!
  6. Perfect thanks so much for all your suggestions on my posts! Truly appreciate it!
  7. I'm just getting started and my team suggested I should start taking vitamins now but I'm afraid of buying them and disliking the taste. Its all I could do in the past to chew a tum no matter the flavor as the texture was like chalk. Is that what the chewables are like too? What's your favorite? Or should I try liquid and what options are there. So much out there I feel overwhelmed.

    What blender do you recommend

Just getting started and I want to invest in a blender or smoothie maker for smoothies (neeed something strong enough with ice). I also plan to use after surgery for puréed stage etc. what do you have or suggest is the best. I want something that's gonna last and is easy to clean/put away. My experience in the past with standard blenders is that they don't blend ice or chunks well enough or get dull after a bit.
  9. Hi! I'm just getting started met with the surgeon last week and have 30lbs to lose. They recommended that I start on protein shakes soon but there's so many options it's overwhelming and I'm very picky when it comes to taste. I use to be a big pop drinker so it's gonna be an adjustment. What protein powders or shakes do you recommend that taste the best and where do u get them?
