Have you tried drinking water at different temps (room, cold, warm)? Sometimes that makes a difference. Also the type of water you’re drinking as well.

At my last visit they gave me the 10-day pre-op diet instructions. 3 protein shakes a day with one serving of veggies then after day 5 only protein shakes (and water, broth, sugar free popsicles are allowed). The 19th probably isn’t out of question for you? You could probably squeeze in your pre-op diet? You should fine out your date today as well?

You gals prompted me to call my insurance and I was approved too! Waiting for surgeons office to call with a date. Insurance company told me my date was 2/22 but I’m not sure if that’s true or not. Omg this is really happening!!!

Congrats!! Let us know your date! I’m going to call my insurance in the morning. If they would just work quicker they wouldn’t have to deal with us lol
