And the day and night before mine I was certain the surgeon was going to back out on me!!! See I had struggled for over 3 years, been through emotional times and into moderate depression. Was about ready to the atypical meds because it wasn't abating. See I wasn't actively seeking suicide , I just wanted to sit, hide and wait for Death to come. Felt like this would be another time of "You're such a failure you can't even do this right!" But with the last of my will I had try this last time. And my surgeon didn't fail to show up, he gave me a smooth sleek surgery, and I hope to prove day by day this was theright time, for the right reasons and it wasn't too late for me. And the black cloud of depression has left me and I face a new future with confidence. I may not be perfect, but pretty close Baby, pretty close!😝❤😝🌸🌺

I feel you pal! My op is tomoz and I’m in the same boat! Best of luck I’m sure we will both laugh at this tomoz night

Update: Tomorrow will be a full week since surgery, but I had my one week follow-up today. I am down 15 lbs from surgery date! Feeling pretty good, just a bit tired. Ready to be able to eat something with a little more nutritional value. Getting in my Water and Protein, so I’m feeling good about that.

Anyone going for the op on the 17th would quite like to buddy up with someone? Also anyone on here from the uk?

I am an April 4, too. I was 330 the day I flew to SoCal. This morning, my one week weight was 316.6. I've weighed myself at intermediate points and it does fluctuate (ladies, you will probably fluctuate more than I will monthly) with Fluid balance, but I am down a bunch.

So jealous ha ha! I can start purées in 3 weeks!! My pain is in the top part of my stomach I guess with the hernia maybe that’s where they did work? I also took a shower and that was fun trying to hang this bag with the med pump outside so it didn’t get wet and be in the shower at the same time:) I texted hubby and said I’m a big kid now since I got dressed all by myself lol.

How is everyone doing?

I’m fine here! Only bit of tiny gas pain in my shoulder.

I’m still on oxygen, have compression stockings and massage wraps around my calf muscles.

Easy breezy so far.

I have a swallow X-ray tomorrow and then Friday allowed to have fluids. (Currently on IV)

Yeah I’ve given myself a kick up the backside! I’ve not been horrendously bad but I’m sure it doesn’t take a lot to make your liver big again.I’ve currently lost 40lbs from Xmas and for 95% of my diet I’ve been very strict. I just seem to be eating quite a lot of Protein and drinking a ton of Water. Hoping if I have a super clean week it will all be ok 🤞🤞

I had to quit since I had my surgery on the 7 of March I'm about 3 to 4 weeks of post OP suppose to be on Cbd still smoking my pen
