Hi there I am starting my preop liquid diet today. My surgeon only required me to do it for a week. How has your preop diet been going? I can’t believe surgery is just a week away for us.

Yay! Me too - October 4th in Tucson, AZ.
I'm super excited. Today is the first day of my pre-op diet. 2 weeks from today. I'll get nervous as it gets closer. We can do this!

I'm happy for anyone that sheds weight. It is so difficult in this society .
I hope others don't feel it is as easy for them. Most people absolutely cannot lose 28 lbs in 2 weeks... but I am happy you did and you kept going.... nothing good in life is easy as my mom would say
Success feels great to everyone. Even if it is 5 pounds!

10/4 Dallas here. So I will be right after you! Have my preop testing and visit with surgeon on Monday 9/18.
