Good Luck DaniO - mine is Friday -

just went through hurricane Irma this weekend, no power or water, and my surgery is on Friday. I am so totally freaked right now. Guess we'll have to stay in a hotel the night before so I can shower Thursday night and again on Friday morning with that special soap they give us. Been so busy buying hurricane supplies I have totally blanked on what I need to be getting for my stay in the hospital and protein drinks for when I come home. Dear Lord let the power come on before Thursday.

I've had a CPAP for over a year and I am a side sleeper - I use the wisp (just around the nose but not the nose pillows) and mine works fine on my side. You learn how to make adjustments to prevent leaks. Best of luck

Wow - thanks - that sounds very interesting.... I really didn't think about doing veggies and adding protein powder. Something I def will have to look into. I am going to do some bone broth..... mixing that up with veggie juice sounds like something I could live with. Thanks again Carolyn

Hey there Sept By-pass Buddies - I start my liquid diet tomorrow and I am still struggling with finding a decent protein drink. I like the Premier Chocolate but one cannot live on chocolate all the time. Would love to hear some of your favs. Sept 15th - 16 days and counting! YAY! Carolyn
