Today 5 November 2023 times goes fast. Here is a big hug from Sweden, the last couples of years I realize its the small things that matters ♥️ one step at a time, still get anxiety still get panic, depression, eating problems. But life is beautiful and i do not regret the choice i made 2017.
Live life its worth living, learn new things everyday tell the people u love they are important. Do something today that makes you happy. ♥️♥️♥️

I feel same. Some days I just wanna hide in my bed. I KNOW its not okay since I got things I need to do, like searching for a new job. When I feel like this I try to do meditation, listen to some nice music, or go for a walk even if its cold outside, since it helps me to feel better.
