The chicken noodle is yummy!!! Also, the hot chocolate is good too. If you are a coffee drinker I can share something with you. Make your coffee add the Hot Chocolate drink and whisk. YUM YUM Plus you get protein in it. A win-win in my book. Good Luck and keep us in the know.

Yay! Congrats on getting a date! I was pretty freaking terrified when we actually set a date for mine. lol. I spent time on the forums here and talking to a friend that's been through it and felt loads better; I'm back to being excited

I'll give my taste reviews for sure! Yeah the aloha mango one had some good reviews, so I figured I'd give it a go. And I have an electric kettle that will make having the hot liquids easy and mess free Great for making my decaf instant coffee for my shakes, too.

You did it before and can do it now. Try to remember how you handled this in the past. I write intermittently in a journal and can look back to see what was going on that made me make bad choices. Honestly I had anxiety over something that didn't even deserve my attention - and then think - 'you fool it all worked out in spite of the drama and it got you nothing.' A lot of the time it was other people's problems and not even my own. It's hard to give ourselves the attention we need and deserve but we HAVE to do it. No one else is going to do it for us.

Passed my psych eval! SO MUCH PAPERWORK!!!! My wrist literally ached -- paperwork alone took over an hour. I forgot how nice it is to just talk to a good psychologist, ahhh. He's gonna be my go-to resource if things go off the rails for me after.

Fantastic... I love Halloween... 1 of the things i look forward to is all the costume options when most of this weight is gone....
