Tomorrow I start my Liquid diet!! I choose to do a 3 week diet because I am not going to lie I gain weight again after my last weigh in I can feel it but I am not going to weigh myself until tomorrow. Anyways I hope this helps me for the day of surgery. Good luck to all November sleevers!!!! For those who are up first you guys..... 2 more days to go!!!! I can't wait!!

Yay same as me! Wow 28 how is it going? I want to start tomorrow but I don't know what stops me. My doctor only requires a week but I want to do more for better outcome. What liquid diet you doing?

So sorry to hear that you going through a rough time but seriously I think if you focus on all the reasons why you doing this and what a life changing experience you will have in such a positive way slowly but surely you will be alright. Also after day 3-4 things get better. Don’t think negative think positive say I can do this not I can’t or this is painful or I see this getting easier even though it may not it will make you feel better! I got my surgery date today!!!!! November 20th!!!!! Can’t wait!!!!

I’m having mines with Dr. Kini.... I just finished all my pre-req on Thursday now waiting for the Dr. to review all my papers and then submitting to insurance for approval! I hope 🤞🏽 is fast and and I get a surgery date this week and hopefully soon.....
