The profile pic is not me, it is my beautiful sister who passed in 2010 from complications of type 2 diabetes, she was unaware she had type 2 diabetes. She was only 57 years old. Type 2 diabetes is a killer in my family.  Shirley is my inspiration.  I know she would want me to succeed at this and not get diabetes.
