Actually source does matter.
Fructose is much more of a liver bomb than pure glucose. And sucrose (a combo of fructose/glucose) is the devil used by big food companies to enslave the sheeple and plump up as fat as the Christmas goose...
But yeah, I know where you are going with this and in essence, ALL carbs (even good ones) break down to sugar/fuel of some derivation/formula.
