Mieko Tominaga

My name is Mieko. I am 27 years old, I used to be 601lbs. My current weight is 247lbs.  I am got duodenal switch on 10/23/17. Come watch me on my journey to reach my goal weight of 180lbs. Didn’t decide on surgery until I was 523lbs and didn’t see a bariatric doctor until I was 508lbs. I am so happy about my decision for this lifestyle change. I have never been at a healthy weight I have been obese since I could remember. Hopefully my journey inspires others. Its hard work but it’s worth it all in the end. Loving the skin, you’re in should mean loving your body because you don’t treat something you love like crap and when your big somewhere along the way you forgot to love your body to nurture it and take care of it and stay healthy. I should also mention I defied all odds because I smoke marijuana and lost weight not all the time do munchies mean junk food.
