That is the motto I live by and tell everyone. It wasn't easy but 129lbs later I find everything I am doing is so worth it. I cannot to do this surgery and continue on this healthy path.

@Apple1 No I have not done any surgery this will be my first ever surgery in my 26 years of life and I am terrified but excited for this tool to enable me to reach my goal.

Thank you I still have 292lbs to go and I am doing the Standard DS on October 23, 2017. I can't believe how much better I feel now that I am not 600lbs. I am 472lbs and its just an amazing difference I cannot wait to reach my goal.
