    You won't always be right and people won't always agree with you. And sometimes you will be right...and people still won't agree with you. LOL:) Sometimes you'll say the most innocent thing...and ten people will think you're a jerk. So what?
    Netiquette is weird and sometimes it takes time to figure it out. Some of us never quite figure it out and must suffer a little scorn due to our abrasive manner. Meh...so what?
    At the end of the day, you have to grow a thicker skin and say...Meh, who cares?
    So, stick around....or take your leave if you prefer...it's all good. Of all the things in life worth feeling angsty and stressed about....the bariatricpal board ain't one of 'em.

    Strong like a bull indeed! And I smell like curry still, LOL. But truthfully, this recipe is fantastic! Makes 6 cups/servings: 180 calories, 23 carbs, 9 fiber, 7 fat, 8 protein, 3 sugar. I did use S&B japanese curry (as recommended) and I used full fat coconut cream. I was carb-lean the rest of the day and made all of my targets!     I usually stick to fish, chicken, cottage cheese, eggs, turkey rollups, etc. Beans are iffy for me still.

    Oww. I still cannot eat much beef, even ground beef just does not sit well - feels so 'harsh' for lack of a better description.

    Nope. Might have been better if I did, though! It caught up with me a couple of hours after I ate, not right away, and I have no idea why.

    I'm sorry you've stalled Apple. It does suck, but it will pass. Don't get discouraged. Just keep pushing through and before you know it, you'll be down again.

    I’m sorry to hear of your stalling. I hope you see progress soon. If you can eat more maybe try increasing intake? I’ve been pretty consistent on 700-900 calories a day. You can increase calories and not volume by just eating say full fat cheese instead of low fat cheese, that kind of thing. Idk. It works for some people. I know how disheartening it is to be stuck....we all just want to get to our goal weights!

    Good report. Glad you were able to bypass Chickafila fried nuggets! I've never had either. So the grilled used to be good huh? Nice that you were able to just "not eat" while others were! Congrats!!!

    Hang in there girlie. I swear it WILL pass. But just a thought...maybe dump the green smoothies until it does. The added carbs from the fruit could be contributing.
    I'm noticing I'm hungry and craving again. So mine are getting dumped as well. And I'm only using 1oz of berries per smoothie. I'm going back to basics. (Oh an my weight has also stalled.)

    Yeah, good idea! Good luck on your stall, too, they suck. I mean, I'm eating 500-600 calories a day! I missed a meal yesterday because we were out running errands. I tried to have a couple of Chick Fil A grilled nuggets but they were terrible (I used to love 'em!), so I just didn't eat, and I was just fine. It really surprised me.
