    I recently had the gastric sleeve surgery date was 07/13/2017. So far the experience has been a bit rough and I've even been through some regret.  My gas pains were horrible and so far my energy level is nil.  I walk around the house but do get tuckered out pretty quickly.  Not really on the pain meds until bed time. Glad I joined there's lots of valuable info and now I don't feel alone in my journey

      I had my 1st follow up today with the Doctor and he is sending me back to work next weeks. Uggg. He said i am doing great and can start on puree foods today.

      I am glad you are doing better. I don't work, so it makes it easier. Today I am going shopping and will be out. I am feeling good, but ready to get to some FOOD!

      I'm 15 days post up and the struggle is real. The pureed stage sucks. Your still on liquid diet. I'm only down 12 lbs and in disbelief that it isn't more since I'm barely in taking 600 calories.
