    Tomorrow marks 4 weeks and this week the scale hasn't moved. Only 18lbs down. Is this normal?

      I just assume it would be more since I'm not even eating.

      Actually, eating less does not always mean losing weight. If your calories are too low, it could be stalling you. Are you really not eating anything? I was on soft foods by the 4-week mark.

    Hey Everyone, almost 3 weeks wishing I could enjoy the beach or pool but let doc orders no swimming or laying out. So bored.

    So just got th:60_sweat:e call. I have to have a partial Thyroidectomy. I'm 16 days post op and scared. Not in the mood for another surgery.
