  4. I'm struggling. I can't get my mind in the game. I got within 4 pounds of being below 200 and panic set in. I have gone up and down for months now. I need advice. I need a reset or something. I feel like a massive failure! (No pun intended!) Has anyone gone through anything like this? I need some advice!

  7. Ugh...mental setback. We went on a road trip last weekend...3 days. Over the three days, I had 2 bags of M&M's, half an English muffin, half the water I usually get and probably a 1/4 of the exercise. Everything else was on track. I GAINED 5 pounds. Yes, I knew I was having things out of the normal, but to gain 5 pounds is crazy. It's made me feel that I will never be able to indulge on anything. This was the first gain, but to think how huge it was in 3 days is insane to me!.
  8. We've been cold here, so I have 16oz. of water with a packet of Nestle Fat Free Hot Chocolate. It's a little "thin" but it changed it up.
  9. That hasn't happened to me, but the Pepcid sounds reasonable. Give your doctor a call.

    What was for breakfast this morning?

    I rotate through pretty much the same three or four things. A one egg omelet with .5oz mozzarella cheese and .5oz diced ham. A hardboiled egg, sometimes with a tiny bit of butter. Scrambled egg with mozzarella cheese. Sometimes I have a Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Patty or add the sausage crumbles instead of ham. I'm very content with the breakfast...it's funny to wake up looking forward to it when I have it every day!

    Weekly weigh in!

    I'm about 14 pounds away and I'd like to hit it by February 22. Slow going for me right now, but won't it be exciting when we get there!
  12. I'm 5 months out. I too just look at protein and try to keep my carbs under 40-45. MyFitnessPal tracks my calories like everyone else though so I know I'm usually at 900-1100 per day.
  13. Speaking of feeling like a failure...that's me! I cannot get evenings together. I'm so on plan during the day and blow it with carbs at dinner. I'm not in a happy place right now and of course I want to turn to food. UGH!😣
  14. I can't do 30. My doctor told me to shoot for <45. Can you share what you are eating to stay that low...I'm struggling with dinner and feeding my family.
