    Plastics done :)

Thank you. I will definitely look into it. Just starting this journey and with only (did I say only!) 30 pounds down my stomach almost looks worse with the extra skin, so I'll definitely be wanting plastics.
  2. I'm unclear on what makes a food a "slider" food and what foods that includes. Can you tell me more about it?

    Purées!

My doctor and nut have me on 2 weeks liquid, 4 weeks purée(no cream of wheat or oatmeal allowed), then 4 weeks of soft foods (like oatmeal). It seems like most people are only on purée for 2 weeks. Is 4weeks normal for purée diet?

    Plastics done :)

Has anyone heard of places in Mexico or the Dominican Republic that offer plastic surgery at a much lower cost? I used to have a co-worker that went to the DR, stayed at a resort for plastic surgery for a week and it cost $7000. I doubt I'm going to be able to afford $22000!
  5. I also got sleeved on 5/25. First follow up appt. today. I'm down 18 lbs!! but am disappointed I have to stay on a purred diet for 4 weeks. I miss chewing too!

How do I know when I'm full

Thank you LeahF and Joann454! I don't really feel 'full' in the comfortable way I'm used to (i.e after eating a pizza!). This new feeling of pressure /pain in my sternum Is not satisfying and I wonder if I'll feel more satisfied after I can eat real foods. In the meantime, I feel like I can drink a shake an hour without feeling full. On the flipside, struggling to get enough water.
