I started at 326 on May 30, 2017. Day of surgery current weight is 277. Weight been stalled any advice how to fix this I just recently started using my treadmill. I don't use any Protein Shake I eat mostly meat chicken and fish. Is there anyone else having trouble with this issue

I only had a sweets about two times compared to the old me that's great and when I did it was something small -
I see so many marriages end after the weight loss surgery were there about to end before

I am 228lbs need to loose 10 more lbs before surgery. Quit smoking 4 days ago. They said my goal weight is going to be 150lbs sounds great to me and i was suppose to have surgery beginning of October but surgeon is tryna make it sooner... cant wait to b a happy healthy 150lb 28 yr old woman. Cant wait to see the new me.

IM THE same I get really cold all the time! Never used to I'd be hot and rosy cheeks. My hands and feet are always freezing too
