    Only 2 ppl know of mine. However, I am doing very well. If you just stick to the plan and don't go buying too many clothes real quick just go down gradually. People still notice the weight loss, they just don't talk about the method. If they do, I tell them what I've learned about healthy eating, Portion Control, and cutting carbs. I think the Protein is a huge factor. That is something I didn't know, so I make sure to pass that on as well.

    I drink the Protein Premier clear all the time I order it eight cases of time from Sam's online so they deliver it directly to my house. The fact that they only have the one flavor does get to me but I also buy packets of Crystal Light and sometimes put those in them that way I can change it to any flavor I want it works very well for me.

    Yeah. Atkins comes in berry, orange, and lemon. The lemon is my least favorite, but I like to mix grape Crystal light in. Then I love it. Premier only makes fruit punch (berry) that I know of. It us much cheaper. I get it at Sams. They kinsa taste like Koolaid or Gatoraid to me. If I get tired of the flavors, I just sat in some Crystal Light powder and change it up a little bit.

    I had two recently. 1. I got my blood pressure taken at Sams and my arm actually fit in the machine. No push g or squeezing. 2. I weighed myself today and realized that I could look down and read my weight without having to back off the scale to see what it said. Yay!

    I had the same reaction to Levaquin although it had nothing to do with my WLS surgery. I was put on Levaquin for a very bad pneumonia infection that lasted 3 months last year. My foot, one or the other, has been in an air cast 4 times since. 3 months last summer. 6 weeks this past Feb/Mar. And a whole new bout starting yesterday. I was told that those antibiotics are antibiotics of Last Resort because they can cause muscle and tendon damage.

    I will be 8 weeks out Tuesday. Started at 283 now at 233. I also had a plateau for 12 days I was stuck between 238 and 240. It finally broke two days ago and I went down to 233 and I've been there ever since. I just kept doing the same thing and eventually the scale moved for me so I think it will for you too. Good luck. I know it's frustrating but it's exciting too crossing my fingers for all of us.

    This is about her body and she knows it better than anyone. Support her completely. Surely you have enough confidence in your own cavities to believe that you raised a child competent of making her own decisions. If she's done all this on her own at that young age with opposition at home, she is competent and commuted and has earned nonjudgemental support. Be there for her on her terms. Either way she will need you. You may be right...she may fail, but what if she flies?

    I had one eye set for distance and one for close up when I was wearing contacts. When I had my lenses put it, they did them the same way. I can see great at distances and close up although closeup is better. My husband has a multimodal implant that he is not living as much as I do mine, but he also had some astigmatism that need correcting.

    I use the same Protein Water. I get it from Sams but they are frequently out of it. It goes fast. I found that I can order from them directly online and have it shipped to the house for free. Also, just fyi, they only have the one flavor and it gets tiresome after a little while but I take Crystal Light powder and mix it in and it changes the flavor so you have a lot of choices.
