I'm no doctor but it almost sounds like something is pushing up against your bladder as you walk. Are you having any burning or itching when you urinate?

Your bladder may have slipped a little with age. My mom had that problem and she would leak if she coughed or sneezed or jumped. I would talk to your doctor. If this has never happened to you before you might have a bladder infection.

Oh no pain at all just when I walk i have to wear absorbent underwear cause of the pee. It happened when I was heavier due to panicking while walking. I don't want to fall backwards cause walking is the exercise I am doing for now. I want to get back to my routine but the peeing is complicating things.
