    I will never play balloon tennis with my twelve year old again. I played Tuesday in my bedroom with us taking turns smack a baby balloon like in tennis instead of racket we used our hands. Oh the horror, woke up early this morning at 2am with muscle spasms in my back. The pain didn't go away until i took ibuprofen at 9:30a.m.

      Aww! Thank you she actually did it like a professional launderer. I thought she would complain but she didn't.

      I have found that our diets tend to be short on potassium and magnesium. Those minerals aren't found in the over the counter supplements too much. I've added a cup or two of coconut water to my diet to help... low sodium v8 is also full of potassium.
