Hi guys. Sorry i have been off the radar for a while i has lost over a hundred pounds from my starting weight which was 398 down to 285. Less than my surgery weight which was 379. I had a few sad moments but im recovering slowly. -
I'm so impressed with my weight I weighed less now than in 2014. I'm 31 pounds away from when I was pregnant with my 12 year old. My happy and outgoing personality hasn't changed in fact I am getting more love than I expected. My clothes are falling off me and I feel lighter plus I am more spiritually happy than ever. Can't for the next set of losses I am in the early 300 pound mark. I'm taking pictures to see the progress I have been making. Not to mention I am checking myself out in mirrors a lot lately.

I don't know some clothes fit differently. Like yesterday i had a tank top that said 2xl which fit perfectly but then Sunday i tried on a 30w shirt and it was tight. Sw 379 Cw 318 Size 36w Size varies now 36w is loose 54dd bra is loose also -

I enjoy your post as well. Mainly, because when i first came to this site most weight were from people who were in the 200's or close to 300 which I found unrelated to my journey. I wanted to identify with someone who had my weight or close to it. I search before and after pics but only a few stuck out. Then I saw your post and a few others which I checked out profiles and to my amazement I decided to follow you and a few others. @OutsideMatchInside thank you for your inspiration. -

Yes, at work I usually act like I devoured a whole portion of which I know I can't. But when I'm offered food I just eat a little and save the rest. -
Does the noise in your stomach after you eat ever goes away? Always everytime I eat certain foods it taste like I swallowed a nasty pill, does that ever goes away?

I received pain medication through the iv after surgery I was drowsy most of the day and evening but was clear headed once that gas pain hit my body.

You might be anemic. Plus it is hot as you already know. If necessary go to the er i know copay sucks but if it gets worse go.

I definitely like your style which is classy and elegant. I'm 48 and I understand exactly where you are coming from. Women don't take time to find out what a man is like before hitting the sheets. Women are more careful to pick out a dress, shoes and a purse then looking for a man to date. You have to weed out the bad apples before getting to the good ones. If i start dating again I am going follow your rules.😎

Would love to change my look but not due to weight loss. I want to do something drastic with my hair but not to out of this world just enough to make me feel more exciting also I could use it my act.

It's quite funny I'm in my hoodie at work under the a/c of course. I was thinking of putting braided extensions in my hair with a reddish color. Cause my hair is so gray on top. Then i was thinking a perm straightener with brownish highlights. I don't know. I know i need some dresses cause the old ones are draping under my feet and falling off.

Oh the dreaded talking stomach i know it all to well. My stomach makes gurgling like noise and that says to that the food is going down. I get the burps, hiccups and the noises in my stomach. All normal. -

I tried to get rid of Verizon television because it was killing my pockets but I have 11 months left on the contract so instead of paying the early term fee I opted to stay. I only need internet cause we don't watch tv. Here to cutting cost of unnecessary uses in our life. I love football but I haven't been watching last season. It's coming up in a couple months so maybe I will watch it while I have my tv. -
