Hang in there. It will get better. I don't even own a scale. I use the mirror usually checking out the difference in my neck and back. It's not a scale but it gives me sanity.

Hello Ladies, It seems that I post every weekend. My week went great i have been walking non-stop including sweating when I walked to work yesterday i felt like someone was chasing me. I even brought lunch to work and I am saving extra money. Walking with my hands on my hips keeps me balanced and holding on to the railing along the walk. My calves were hurting but I walked stop walked and stop while pacing myself. I even kept my calories in check and water in take like crazy. Beautiful pictures @Newme17 love the collages. Ladies, you are all in thoughts throughout the day and I haven't been dancing a lot just a little bit here and there but when I am work i rise out of my seat for everything just to keep my strength up. My 12 year old on Thursday thought i was going to get a cab but i walk home instead talk about shocking her. Thank you all for everything love you all

I miss you guys as well. I received so much love upon my return to work. Also, i love skirts and they have been falling off dropping lower to the ground. The dress i have on now is falling also and my boobs are basically are non existent in this once tight dress. It's loose everywhere. Im so loving it.

Hi Ladies, I am doing well. This is my third day back at work. I have been walk ever since my calves hurt like crazy. And last night my baby had a GS meeting with badges been given out by her troop leaders. I walked home from there had a great time laughing and acting like my normally crazy self. Even said my kids hate to be seen with them because im always talking and friendly with others and tell embarrassing story bout my kids to others. So cute. I miss you guys and ladies you all look like sisters.

I am so sorry to be missing your post but yesterday my daughter had a day off from school. We use olive oil to cook chicken patties and she made me two tiny chicken meatballs with lettuce wraps. Overall a great time. I hope baby girl is feeling better. Hi @Apple1and @mishyk hope you ladies are doing this Friday morning? Started reading posts today.

Well thank you so much. She laughs at me saying i can't dance. So i dance sitting down and get up here and there to do a little move but then i feel funny like dizzy so i sit and dance again. She loves dancing.

Therapy helps a lot especially when people upset you like that it is a legitimate venting way also they can five you the tools to handle those intolerable situation. It is a same the world is more accepting of a drug addict but being overweight people act like you are take money out their pocket to feed yourself. Good for not going to jail for trash.

Hi Ladies, I went to my 1st post-op appointment with my surgeon and dietitian. Got there late but saw them both. My diet is advanced to soft foods in 2 months solid foods. I lost 7 more pounds from my visit with my pcp. The total amount since my surgery was 26 pounds from 380 to 354. They want me to incorporate aerobic exercise along with the walking. I asked do dancing count cause i dont have a treadmill or a stationary bike. So they it was fine i will join a gym once im back to working. Overall a great day. Yay!!!! Yesterday, i did experience that pain again and it felt better after walking it off. Mine came after eating a piece of hamburger.

Good morning hope all is well with everyone. I had a busy day yesterday went to my daughter school bbq walked a few times there. It was a long path to get to the bbq. @Apple1 your cheese recipes look delicious. I hope you will be ok while your husband is away.
