  1. I always did the powder but I've had a few premade that I liked pre-surgery. Now I like nothing. Mostly the flavors, everything just tastes wrong. Going out tomorrow to try the premier and crossing my fingers. They gave me one type in the hospital that I absolutely loved and I took a sip of it today and I almost spit it out it was so gross... they weren't lying about your taste changing.
  2. Thank you all! I haven't done any meat yet. I'm not really sure how to do cook it that is is not dry and the thought of puréed meat turns my stomach. How are you preparing it?
  3. I too have both PCOS and sleep apnea. I am only two weeks post op and have gotten my period one week after it, it was much longer than it used to be. I am hoping very much it helps with the PCOS. I would love to hear from some who is several month out!

    6 days post op

I was sleeved on 3/29 and yesterday and today have been my worst days so far. I can't walk for more than a minute or too without being sick. Hoping his goes away soon!

    5 day post op pain

Thank you all. It is the incision next to my belly button so maybe that is why. If it is still bad I'll call tomorrow.[emoji4]
  6. Hi everyone. I was sleeved this week and besides gas pain I am having horrible pain in one of my incision sites. I can't get up or move with out holding the spot in. It is so uncomfortable I feel like it is going to pop out. Has anyone else had an issue like this with one of their spots?
  7. This was the scariest part for me but I promise each day gets better. For me day 5 was a turning point. I stopped thinking about food and being starving, I got my energy back and I was forcing myself to eat and drink. I think the two week post op was rough but he second you get your sleeve it becomes easier. I am full on 2 oz of pudding, not just full, full and satisfied. Just remember the end goal and time will fly!

    Home

I had my surgery on the 29th as well. I was only in the hospital for one day. I thought that was normal but when I got home I regretted it. I had a low grade fever on Thursday night, so glad it hasn't come back. I am really struggling to get in the fluid I need. I wake up all night long to sip because of how dry my mouth is. I feel like everything I do is stretching my stomach. I'm really concerned about not getting enough water.
