    im feaking out

Weight loss slowed after going onto solids. Now coming off slowly. I am eating 60-90 G protein, 20 or less of sugar. Can only get in 800 to 1000 calories. I was sleeved on 7/10/17 and am only down 23 pounds. Most of it came off in the first couple weeks.

    Hello!

They fix our stomachs and it is up to us to fix our brains.... The latter is soooo much harder! You will get there. Finding the right person is hard and tedious. Be patient it will happen. Let your inner light shine!
  3. I agree that removing the "fat" from the brain is harder than losing the actual fat! You are an inspiration!

    Bypass Eve

I am 18 days post op after being called in early. Barely had enough days for 2 weeks of pre op diet. So I send you encouragement and well wishes. Speedy recovery and continue on with this amazing journey.

Ooh! I am jealous! I am 53 and can already tell after losing 40 pounds pre surgery that I am going to have saggy baggy skin after all the weight is gone. Hopefully I can follow in your footsteps. Wishing you a speedy recovery and a lovely new you!
  6. I started this journey December 1, 2016. I am down 35 pounds. Have been preapproved through insurance and have a surgery date of July 10! I start the low cal pre-op diet tomorrow. Excited, nervous, scared.....hope every one has great success!

    Why no caffeine?

It also has a dehydrating effect on the body. Working hard to keep the water intake up! Caffeine works against that.
  11. What phase of journey are you in?
  12. Cle Elum, Washington still jumping through the hoops. Upper GI today.
