I am having this exact same problem! Around 8pm I'm super duper famished and I tried having a sugar free popsicle or pudding but that made me even more hungry. I eat during the day,drink plenty of water, and take my vitamins so it's not that I'm lacking nutrition. During the week it's not a problem but when my friends want us to hang out at night in the weekend it becomes an issue.
