About Me
I am currently at my highest weight of 280 and 5'9" (40 BMI). In 2009 I lost 50 lbs on my own and gained it back. Bariatric surgery always seemed so unlikely due to lack of insurance and the fear of the unknown. Finally decided to put me first and start the journey. Hoping for a surgery date in August 2017.
