    Yeah, I have really bad lady times. Endometriosis. I take a shoot for 1 one year and then the next year is hell. I am used to it at this point but the my Vitamin Shoppe bae saw me. Like of all the times he would be in the damn store, today!! lol

    Thank you. That was after my granny gave her lemon. She loves lemons now. She likes the tastes and laughs whenever she has one.
    I figured I would try Keto and see how it works. I am sceptical of all diets really. I just cannot find the strength to go Vegan lol. I will try the keto for 1 month and see how it works. If I like it and I am seeing results then I will continue. I am staying away from the red meats, certain cheeses and certain fats that are known for artery clogging or I just do not digest well.

    @Sweet as peaches Awww thank you!! You will get there and it will the most amazing feeling. That confidence to give a trainer the look, really shocked me. 1 year ago, I would have been like, "Okay. I am rowing." lol all while whispering it.
    @Newme17 The gym time has been awesome. Honestly, I did not realize how much I missed it until i was weight lifting. That Row machine is a killer. My shoulders are still sore from that workout. That means it is working and I am loving it.

    @Brit in Oz Thank you. "Dumping" is vomiting. It is supposed to mainly happen to bypass patients and some lap band patients but sleeves get it too if the food does not sit well.
    @Sweet as peaches Thank you as well. I am trying my best. I am really gaining muscle at this point though. I want to be toned as much as possible.

    @Sweet as peaches I am good. I tend to bounce back from the dumping pretty quickly. At this point my body is just like, " Dump It. Dump It All!!" My brain is them like, " Hmmm what else can we try now" lol
    @Newme17Well, that makes me feel better. I was like WTF I just ate 34g of carbs that is my whole allotted about for the day lol. I am going to have to learn how to make my own granola bars. I just wanted more fiber in my diet and something that tastes good too. I have also loved going to the gym. I am the girl that walks in like she owns the place (no shame) lol. I would go directly to the weights first and finish off with a light cardio. IDK understand why the number means soo much at times. I know I am losing and I know my body is changing but it is the scale dropping that seems to confirm my progress. I think we place too much emphasis on the scale and not the progress we are making.
    The eggplant is okay. I am a little sad because my granny makes the best eggplant parm and I am not able to eat it.

    I am glad your recovery is doing much better!!! @biginjapanis right. Everyone's recovery is different. Just remember to get in the walking. It is very important. Annoying but important.

    They do have a section but they decide your weekly menu not you. Like they give you a choice of 6 meals and you have to pick. Some of the weeks, I cannot eat (red meat, pasta, starch or some type of sauce that scares me). I think it is just best that I continue to make my recipes and try to find others. No harm no foul.

    I am glad you are feeling better. I say stay away from them for the time being. Your surgery is soon. Do not need negative vibes, only positive energy. Good for the heart and soul.

    Hey,
    take all the time you need. I was that way too. I was worried about all the things I read as well. It is just that you are moving closer to the date and tunnel vision is kicking in. You start noticing an increased in the negative and difficulties others are having. You start wondering hey, what is happening? does this work? Am I making the right choice? Why are soo many post about negatives?
    The truth is, these post have always been there. It is just that your subconscious is causing you too see the negatives. It is best you take a day off from. Just sit in the pride of what you accomplished. Sometimes we need to reset ourselves.

    The week days are the best days. You are soo busy that you do not notice that you are hungry and then it makes the day go by faster. I am glad you had a easy day.
