5/9 - It was a decent day. I cannot complain. I decided to focus on liquids. Just protein shakes and water. I felt like I needed more water than anything else. Saw the gym at the new building, it is amazing. Personal trainer and all. I will be signing up once I am back from vacation, I will be able to do a lot of workout stuff.

- Yes it really is. I like being able to exercise. You do not realize what you miss until your required not to do it.
