    Pain

Nothing major at all. I lift my arms in the air and bend from side to side and or turn my upper body from side to side. I really just try to get moving. However this works for me, everyone is different. Sent from my 831C using BariatricPal mobile app

    Pain

I'm 3 weeks out as well, and I definitely get Sharp pains. For me it's mostly gas, I literally walk it off or stretch. Sent from my 831C using BariatricPal mobile app

    Any March 2018 Sleevers?

Does anyone else still feel a bit of discomfort? Not 100% normal? My surgery date was 3/13 I moved on to stage 3 however I feel yucky, discomfort, when I eat it's way to heavy and get super gassy, most of the time I don't feel like eating because of this. I fear I may have some regrets about the vgs. Sent from my 831C using BariatricPal mobile app

  7. Good Afternoon ladies, question. Are your menstrual cramps worst after surgery? My surgery date was 3/13, 12 days post op. I feel like I'm in my death bed, I'm also experiencing lack of energy my body feels so tired. What are some of your experiences post op? And how did you deal with them? Seeking NYC Sleeve Buddy

Oh wow that is impressive. I felt like crap until yesterday. I had surgery in lenox hill hospital, I still get nauseated just not as bad. I haven't weigh in yet, kind of nervous to even look at the numbers I know I'll obsess over it. The protein shakes have been heavy on my stomach especially because I'm still not used to 4oz every hour. I try to get my liquid through everything sugar free ice pops, jello, ice cubes, tea, etc etc. Sent from my 831C using BariatricPal mobile app

  12. My surgery date was 3/13, last week Tues. However I have to say I feel like crap, I'm super miserable. I completely understand that my body is changing and it's going to take time. I kind of just need to vent. My throat is sore from the tubing, anything and everything feels super heavy in my stomach mostly the protein shake, I'm nauseous all the time, I'm barely getting 64oz a day. Is anyone else going Through this? Or went through it? When did it get better for you? What made it better? Sent from my 831C using BariatricPal mobile app
