    It has been my daily ritual for years. Diet Pepsi in the a.m. first thing. I'm 51 and cleaned out my closet and found a diet Pepsi coupon stuck in the pages of the a college book from 1993 so it has been really really hard to give up. I've given it up for 5 months now. It's been hard....I guess it was my addiction. Definitely not good for you esp.with you surgery! Be strong !

    I am in the same boat! I just had a full last week and I think my band might be too tight but at the same time of I go back and have fluid taken out In afraid they will take too much out. Unlike you I am able to take my medication. You should call your Dr. If you haven't already. I just had my band filled after a long time not using. So I am starting up again. I think I now understand how to.use it as a tool. Let me know how how you are doing. Let me know if you want to keep in tough so.we can go through this start up mission tohether.
