Thank you so much and yes I'm on no antidepressants as of now but my history is very long of what my depression has been like and now I know how to deal with depression as well as I can I'm a pretty good at talking and realizing things will get better and my rationalizing is better I guess I could say I'm very confident in the surgery and super excited for all the new goals and determination I have to have for this I'm an all or nothing type of gal so I know once I dive in it won't be easy but so worth it and thank you for your kind words Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Thank you so much stressing over small things never work out and it's all in my head Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

So just made my Nut and Psych Eval but stressing more over the psych Eval more. Any tips on what I should expect ? What should I do to prepare myself? Or if I should be worrying so much? I just have battled with depression for many years but I'm in such a positive mindset now that I worry I may get denied and everything will be set back and all my dedication and high hopes will be gone.
