I have been taking colace and one other supplement for that. But it's not the constipation as much as the pain I get whether I do or not. Since the surgery I haven't had a normal solid one. It's always loose. Yes multiple times but I keep hearing the same thing. It's getting in the way of my life. Im scared to be out in public because the pain is so severe i even start crying from it. It's stops my life to be honest.

I was sleeved on December 22nd 2016. Starting weight 200lbs at surgery 195lbs and now 153 lbs. I've been stuck there for over two months. It's very discouraging. I still can't eat the required amount of food, hurts when I drink too much water. I am having a hard time with that. I can primarily eat healthy Snacks rather than meals. I'm losing a lot of hair, and I have been having the worst bowel issues. Severe pain isn't even the right description it's worse than that.

I'm glad nothing bad happened while stretching your sleeve. It's never too late to make the right choices. Keep up the good work and don't give up.

Hey everyone , I got sleeved on December 22nd, and I am very happy I am 24 pounds down but in a 3 week time I only lost 2 pounds which is so disappointing and doesn't give me much motivation. I'm scared I am back to where I was prior to surgery( working out dieting and not losing). Also for the past month I have been having severe abdominal pain( to the point where I am crying ) and this happens every couple of days. I have attempted laxatives, suppositories, and enemas, thinking it's just constipation but I feel like it's more than that. I don't know what though. Help so sad , and tired of being in pain and stopping from having a life due to this.

Me too I have tried everything. And even when I go which isn't too often, it's loose . My biggest problem is the pain. I barely function at work because the pain will last for an hour and comes back even more painful.

Yes my mouth keeps getting watery and I throw up for no reason. They did the gi test nothing looked wrong. And my second weigh in 3 weeks after surgery I only lost 5 pounds which i was not happy about at all. I don't understand. thank you guys for responding. I can't even eat my vitamins its the flavor that bothers my stomach. I am trying to slowly take regular ones since the chewable aren't making me feel great. I have my next appt on the 23rd with my doctor so hopefully he can shed some light. Has anyone else been seeing the nutritionist regularly? I haven't heard from mine since i was switching from clear liquids to full liquids. Is that normal ?

Hello, I got my surgery done on the 22nd of December. I am 3 weeks in and i cannot even digest anything other than liquids, I tried mashed potatoes, pureed things. For some reason i cannot get it to stay down. Even with one bite or 3 it just sits in my stomach, and i feel like i want to throw up. I am supposed to start solid food on Thursday, and I'm scared to do so. Has anyone else had this problem? Oh and i also burn a lot after eating Soups or anything for that matter.
