Initially I once peaked at 389 pounds. I was a Type 2 diabetic, with high blood pressure, sleep apnea and waiting to die an early death. My mother passed away in 2012 from Type 2 diabetes related illness and my wake up call was her death. I made a vow that diabetes was not going to get me like it did her.
Hired a personal trainer and nutritionist. Learned the basics of working out and what foods to eat and when to eat them. Fast forward 2 years I dropped to 298 through light exercise and changing my diet. When I hit a plateau that wouldn't budge my PCP confirmed I had hit my "set point" and my body was not going to cooperate much further.
After 3 years of jumping through hoops for RnY GB surgery the moment arrived in Feb 2017 and it has aided me in cracking that plateau wide open where I continue this freefall into skinnyville.
Be careful world, I am unleashed. Confident swagger, intelligence, charm and personality that will change my life. Come along for the ride, but bring your "A" game because you're with an All-Star now.
