You will have so many regrets the first 3 weeks but hang in their it gets easier. 2)Protein waters help When you can't get enough good or shakes in. 3)vitamin patches have been a life saver since I was having trouble taking all those pills -

Don't tell them. It's no ones business. I was off 3 weeks just said I had hiatal hernia surgery which I did have along with my sleeve. When I came back with 20lb weight lost I said I had to be on liquids for weeks and now having to change my diet. Most of my Friends and family don't know. People tend to judge wls and I don't have time for that in my journey. -

On been using the patch since about three weeks PO. Labs have been good except for iron which I had trouble with prior. I take an additional iron tablet daily with my patch -

Love the patch. My Nut said patches were fine. stared about 3 weeks after surgery because I couldn't stomach all the pills. Labs have been good except for low iron which I've had for years. I'm taking an additional iron tablet with my patch daily

Only vomited once and that was while trying to take my vitamins. Been on the vitamin patch every since no more problems
