    Yes I had to stay in the hospital an extra day due to the pain. And yes my recover was slower due to the swelling from the hiatal hernia repair.

    Still no response from my surgeons office. I start next Wednesday once a week for four weeks. Guess it ok to do. I’ll try to call them again tomorrow. His office staff is horrible.

    I felt the same way at 3 weeks out. I promise it gets better once you are able to get more food in and get your energy back. It tools me several months. Once your feeling better you'll realize it was the best decision ever. I'm 8 mths out and feeling wonderful. Don't give up

    I drank protein water with no problem. It actually help me meet my protein goal in the beginning when I wasn't able to eat hardly anything. Haven't heard of this one tho. Where did you get it? My fav was Atkins but they stopped selling it in stores
