  1. Yes fortunately with medication which I'm hoping in the future I'll come off when my brain decides to tell my stomach it doesn't need so much bloody acid lol

    How's your carb intake ?.. your calories do seem very low tbh .... u need decent fuel for your new body and a low caloric intake isn't necessary it.... You can increase your calories by adding more fats to your diet with olive ,coconut oil and butter and even avocado , full fat cheese etc Decrease your non veggie carbs ( rice, starches, pasta) No sugar or very little Eating more fat , mediocre protein and little carb Walking 1/2 -1hr 3 times week And maybe add some weights If u haven't already look up ketogenic recipes. Remember every "body" is different and try not to compare yourself to someone else. We all do it unfortunately but you will only beat yourself up for nothing.. u should read up " why he scales lie"...

    Antidepressant takes a few weeks to kick in for the full effect. What is it that you are anxious about?.. depression isn't normally diagnosed unless you have certain symptoms and more then 3 weeks. A few down days won't and shouldn't warrant to just start taking them. I am on antidepressants and have been for a bit more so for anger issues. After my surgery though I have become different. Like I have apathetic feelings and I'm null. Nothing to do with food etc more so from the anaesthetic ( I think). Literally a day after my surgery I knew something wasn't right. Bla bla bla And antidepressants aren't hard to come off for most people.

    HFLC or keto ( definitely NOT Atkins) is great.. Eggs and spinich in the morning cooked in butter Keto chicken crust pizza for lunch Curry mince and cheese in the arvo Chicken avocado with salad or veg sprinkled with olive oil at night..

    I'm with you with the " 3 bites and I'm so full" feeling lol.. I don't get that either. I track most of what I have to get an idea of my fats, protein n carbs. And to be accountable

  11. mOh this sounds like me in some ways.. I'm struggling not to eat when I don't need to. You can tell me what ever you like on how and why I shouldn't but the urge is so strong it's ridiculous. I'm only a few kilos from where I need to be ( sleeved dec 2016 low BMI) and my god it's hard. I never had counselling as I always thought it the same thing I'm gonna hear from anyone as to why not to do it or the reason why I do it.... I can assure you u aren't alone lol. I posted a thread the other night about this well very similar anyway. Mornings I'm ok but afternoons and evenings I struggle.

    Why is it thick?.. I use both a flavoured and a tasteless one and neither I have found to be thick unless your not using enough water?... if not just add more fluid to it.

    Calorie Confusion

    It's very easy to get in calories of around 1400-1600 a day.. u start adding in your good high fats like olive oil , avocado and cheeses ( all full fats) it's very easy to go over the 1200 cal mark... but remember all calories aren't equal. Cut the carbs down and increase your fats and have mediocre protein.

    Weight training

    I was around 2 weeks then just walking around the block n gym. After 3 weeks I was lifting light and doing free squats. Somewhere around 4 weeks I increased my weights. I never kept a diary or anything so my time line here could be a little out as in I think I started earlier With the weights. At 2 weeks I was back to truck driving at 3-4 weeks I was jumping on and off the back of the truck ( bit early but had no choice) I guess when ever u feel ok. Just remember u have the internal healing as welll...

    Muscle does NOT weigh more then fat!... it's denser then fat but doesn't weigh more

    I find it bloody annoying too the whole tracking thing. I guess I'm hoping it will keep me some what accountable for my stuff ups that I feel I'm having more of lately. The constant going to the cupboard and wanting what everyone else in the house is having
  18. My NUT was ok with Ketosis. Although some may tell you to wait maybe a year. I get hungry around 2 hours after eating in the arvos and I have no idea why.

    I was sleeved dec 5th 2016... People haven't walked in your shoes and not should they pretend too. I have a little bit to go for the weight side but a long bloody journey ahead to keep it off lol. I was surprised how quickly it did come off and now stopped!!... you will be My health is so much better now as well.
